You’ll also help keep our farm shop organized and well-stocked, implement a preventive maintenance program, and work closely with the Farm Manager and broader crew to ensure maximum equipment uptime during planting, growing, and harvest seasons. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in maintaining, repairing, and improving the performance of a wide variety of farming equipment—from tractors and harvesters to irrigation components and utility vehicles.
