Working closely with Store Technology, Operations, Digital, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Construction, Design, Procurement, franchise partners, and strategic vendors, this leader ensures technology is intentionally designed into the restaurant rather than added after the physical and operational environment has already been established. The role spans the entire store technology ecosystem, including point of sale, payments, kitchen technology, restaurant networking, edge computing, digital ordering, drive-thru technology, displays, end-user devices, peripherals, IoT, connectivity, and supporting cloud services.
