The Specialist independently manages competing priorities, moderately large complex projects, tight deadlines, and serves as a knowledgeable resource to students, instructors, Disability Resource Center staff, student employees, and campus partners by explaining and interpreting PTS policies, practices, procedures, and testing requirements to ensure alignment. The position evaluates, analyzes, and forecasts using available information related to student testing activities to prepare for testing administration needs, draws upon prior experience and knowledge of testing operations to determine and implement appropriate solutions, and recognizes circumstances requiring consultation with PTS leadership or other University resources.
