What You'll Do Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced materials testing equipment and facility systems Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electronic, electrical, and mechanical components Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, manifolds, and servo-hydraulic systems Install, troubleshoot, and repair single-phase and three-phase motors and controls Repair and maintain sensors, amplifiers, circuit boards, data acquisition systems, and other electronic components Read and interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Utilize diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software to identify and resolve equipment issues Perform equipment calibrations and verify system performance to ensure accurate testing results Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and calibration documentation Assist in equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and long-term maintenance solutions Support a safety-first culture by following all company safety policies and procedures. We are seeking a Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team and support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of our advanced testing equipment in both our Electronics and Hydraulics departments.
