Partnering closely with Ground Operations, TSA, Airport Authorities, project teams, and vendors, you'll influence BHS design decisions, improve operations and maintenance processes, and develop roadmaps that strengthen system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You'll lead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of Southwest's Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and airport security checkpoints, using operational data and industry expertise to identify needs and recommend long-term solutions.
