Manage store maintenance requests across HVAC, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, and Electrical InspectionsPlan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules across all applicable tradesEvaluate, distribute, and track work order requests to vendors and internal teamsRequest, review, and approve vendor quotes; issue orders for approved workManage Fire Inspections and violations; coordinate with local jurisdictions to resolve compliance issuesMaintain vendor COI files, conduct regular vendor reviews, negotiate pricing, and source new vendors as needed. 3–5 years of experience in HVAC operations, maintenance, and repair requiredExperience managing Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, and Electrical Inspections strongly preferredVendor management experience including COI tracking, pricing negotiations, and vendor sourcingAbility to read and interpret commercial leases and vendor invoicesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMulti-site or retail facilities background a plus.
