Current Colorado Paramedic certification or ability to obtain prior to start date Current National Registry Paramedic preferred Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPR certifications preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to meet agency insurability requirements Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Commitment to professional conduct, accountability, and patient-centered care. Preferred Qualifications Preferred but not required: 911 ambulance experience Rural, mountain, or high-acuity EMS experience Experience with ESO, FirstDue, or similar EMS platforms Experience driving or operating emergency vehicles Teaching, mentoring, FTO, preceptor, or leadership experience Interest in community paramedicine, quality improvement, education, system development, or professional growth.
