Perform advanced clinical skills appropriate to unit assignment, including cardiac rhythm interpretation, vent management, invasive line management, IV medication titration, chest tube care, tracheostomy care, ostomy care, and PCA management. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient units including ICU, PCU, Med-Surg, and ED Holding, with ED Holding serving as the primary assignment area.
