In addition to performing all tasks assigned to Shipping Associates, the Shipping Lead coordinates scheduling and staffing, manages the cadence and daily execution of shipping workflows, ensures carrier pickups are completed on time and escalates issues to the manager as needed, trains and onboards new Shipping Associates, and orders and maintains shipping supplies and operational materials. Our digital pharmacy platform connects patients with independent, state-licensed providers, then fulfills and ships prescriptions through our own licensed retail pharmacies.
