The ideal candidate has experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, supply chain, operations, engineering, or similarly fast-paced environments and knows how to move teams from strategy and planning through execution, readiness, stabilization, and handoff. As the central point of coordination for launch activities, you will bring together cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear plans, align stakeholders around key milestones and dependencies, anticipate risks, and ensure teams are prepared for a successful Day 1 and beyond.
