Job Summary: Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel. We are comprised of a 515-bed hospital, two urgent cares, home care services, comprehensive cardiology care and a vast scope of services located in the San Fernando Valley.
