The IT Solutions Analyst for Workforce Time & Payroll is an IT Applications resource responsible for supporting and advancing the technology, processes, integrations, data, and controls that enable the end-to-end time-to-pay lifecycle - from time capture through payroll processing, downstream financial systems, and related third-party applications. Beyond day-to-day application support, this role is expected to actively drive the adoption, optimization, and strategic evolution of our time-to-pay business processes and supporting enterprise applications - identifying opportunities to modernize, automate, and reimagine the time-to-pay experience, including through AI-enabled capabilities.
