Ability to perform skilled diagnosis on campus systems, including closed-loop systems, chillers, commercial refrigeration equipment, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, and related equipment. Skill in the operation of tools and equipment associated with HVAC maintenance, and experience with installation, repair, and modification of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning, and their controls.
