This role reviews and abstracts key contractual provisions; maintains accurate agreement, ownership, property, and payment data within company land management and imaging systems; and ensures contractual obligations and payment requirements are properly recorded to support regulatory compliance and the timely, accurate payment of landowners and other interest holders. The Analyst serves as a subject matter resource to landowners, field agents, contractors, Operations, Accounting, Legal, and other internal and external stakeholders by providing research, guidance, problem resolution, and administrative support related to property interests, ownership records, land rights, and agreement administration.
