A critical responsibility is owning the end-to-end raw material lifecycle for sauce and seasoning ingredients related to Limited Time Offers (LTOs), from forecast and sourcing through purchasing visibility, consumption, reconciliation, and program closeout, ensuring materials are available in the right quantity and at the right time while eliminating shortages, avoiding excess inventory, and minimizing financial exposure. Own raw material tracking for LTO programs, including analyzing raw material inputs and financials, communicating raw material risk, monitoring supplier lead times, production usage, yield inputs, shelf life, and projected shortage or excess exposure.
