Internal Communications: Develop and execute a high volume of internal communications, including leadership emails and memos, Hub updates, newsletters, digital signage, town hall coordination, and coverage of key business milestones-ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the Services organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, subject matter experts, marketing, and peer communications teams to drive communications initiatives - from strategic planning and project management to execution and amplification across Citi channels internally and externally.
