While the design and construction of water infrastructure facilities will be a component of the position, the District is seeking an individual with prior knowledge and experience in groundwater resource projects and programs to be responsible for a range of assignments, including: Assessing the planning, funding, permitting, design, engineering, and technical reporting of groundwater recharge and recovery facilities. Under general direction from the Civil Engineering Department Manager, to plan, direct, and perform professional engineering work related to the design, construction, and maintenance of irrigation related facilities and miscellaneous project requests from other divisions/departments within the Turlock Irrigation District.
