Assist Transaction Leads by organizing, tracking, and distributing information requested by internal teams, lenders, mortgage bankers, investors, attorneys, title and escrow teams, consultants, and other transaction participants. This position supports Sherman Associates’ Asset Management Department by preparing financial reports, analyses, forecasts, and support for real estate value events, including acquisitions, developments, refinancings, and dispositions.
