This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating daily production, communicating with general contractors and other trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to client expectations. The ideal candidate has strong crew supervision experience, construction project experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to actively support field operations as needed.
