Construction & Operations Management: Lead all construction and development activities including new home builds, rehabilitation projects, and neighborhood revitalization initiatives to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects on time and within budget while managing land acquisition, collaboration with municipal officials (engineers, developers, inspectors), and operational innovation by exploring construction methods, materials and energy-efficient practices to improve cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Partnerships & Community Engagement: Serve as ambassador to strengthen relationships with municipalities, contractors, developers, funders and community partners while supporting fundraising, grant initiatives by providing project insights and technical expertise and market knowledge as it pertains to advocacy & compliance.
