Ability to thrive in both a heads-down, independent work environment as well as work on team projects collaboratively -Proficiency with identifying, interpreting, and applying the multiple regulatory frameworks governing conduct of research (e.g., Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), National Institutes of Health (NIH). The RCA acts as a liaison between research teams, the institution(s), and the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), safeguarding the interests of all parties & participants involved in the conduct and oversight of human subject research.
