The Practice Manager will oversee provider scheduling coordination, PTO and leave administration, onboarding, recruitment support, compensation tracking, and operational issue resolution while serving as a key liaison between providers, physician leaders, hospital administration, human resources, payroll, finance, and revenue cycle teams. Working closely with physician leaders, hospital administration, human resources, payroll, finance, and revenue cycle teams, the Practice Manager ensures consistent support for providers, accurate compensation tracking, efficient operational processes, and a positive provider experience.
