Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Operations and Hospitality Asset Management, this role is responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, evaluating operating performance, identifying revenue optimization opportunities, supporting capital expenditure planning, and assessing return on investment initiatives across the portfolio. partners closely with hotel operators, revenue management teams, finance departments, ownership stakeholders, and other functional leaders to identify opportunities that enhance profitability, improve asset value, optimize capital allocation, and drive long-term portfolio performance.
