This compensation range is for the IT Business Analyst I & II job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in determining most appropriate job level and making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The main purpose of this job is to collaborate with business and technology teams creating appropriate deliverables, such as use cases, user scenarios, data flows, user stories, etc to ensure customer need is clearly defined and the IT solution can be executed well.
