Embedded with Middle Office stakeholders and closely connected to Digital delivery teams, this role documents current and target-state processes and data flows, clarifies ownership and controls, identifies gaps and improvement opportunities, and supports solutions from discovery through testing, implementation, and adoption. Leads working sessions with Middle Office and cross-functional partners to define current and target-state processes, data flows, business rules, controls, ownership, and system interactions; translates complex operational P&L, risk, reporting, and governance needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
