This role functions with a high degree of independence and is expected to lead complex financial analyses, support annual operating and capital budget processes, maintain decision support and reporting tools, develop financial models, and communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding financial results, productivity, service line performance, reimbursement trends, and opportunities for improvement. This position partners with clinical, operational, physician practice, and executive leadership to provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial insight that supports informed decision-making, strategic initiatives, and financial performance improvement.
