10+ years' relevant experience in the management or execution of complex technical systems within large scientific, engineering, or federal project environments, including at least 6 years' staff management/leadership experience, Ability to manage work within a matrixed organization involving multidisciplinary technical teams. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical groups to ensure effective integration of HSR subsystems including magnets, vacuum systems, beam instrumentation, power supplies, RF systems, cryogenics, controls, and supporting infrastructure.
