Minimum Qualifications: Education: MD or DO Required Eligible for or in possession of a valid medical license from the state of Ohio Board certified or in the board examination process of the American Board of Anesthesiology Eligible at the University of Toledo and the University of Toledo Medical Center at the level of Instructor (board-eligible) or Assistant Professor Committed to the education of fellows, residents and medical students Eligible for credentialing at the University of Toledo, the University of Toledo Medical Center and affiliated healthcare institutions.
