You must also be comfortable : Working outdoors in changing weather, climbing ladders and scaffolding, working safely on roofs and at heights, performing physical work, interacting professionally with homeowners, and learning new systems and skills. We prefer at least one year of hands-on construction or mechanical experience, such as roofing, framing, masonry, gutters, plumbing, HVAC, appliance installation/repair, remodeling, or similar work.
