Team player• Knowledge of routing applications• Proficient with multiple payment technologies• Effective oral and written communications• Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees• Computer, smart phone and tablet skillsSpecial Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:• State issued licenses to service and/or install gas dryers, where required by State law• The ability to obtain and maintain current API certification• Own and supply hand tools - Special tools to be provided by CSC as needed and will remain the property of CSC• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record• Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule as neededPhysical Requirements:• Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment• Must be able to lift up to 35-100 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)• Ability to drive long distances• Ability to maneuver in restrictive areas; often squatting, kneeling, crawling and reaching overhead, while lifting, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs. What we’re looking for: Required Education & Experience:• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience• Strong mechanical aptitude; professional experience with mechanical repair/maintenance is preferred but not required• Knowledge of and experience with liquid propane and natural gas is preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to mentor and train other technicians• Expert at servicing common mechanical problems and ability to address more complicated service issues• Ability to independently solve new/advanced system issues• Confident to work on own with proper support• Follows through to ensure issues are addressed• Values customer focus and encourages team to serve clients well.•
