As a member of a project team, you will follow established consulting methodologies and best practices to analyze client workflows, interpret end-user experience data, and deliver Adoption Consulting solutions that improve user adoption, workflow efficiency, and overall client satisfaction. Revenue Cycle experience is highly preferred, including one or more of the following: Experience supporting front-end revenue cycle operations, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance eligibility, coverage verification, demographic accuracy, and workflow adoption through role-based training or coaching.
