This role will play a critical hands-on role in configuring, maintaining, and evolving ServiceNow to support district-wide business processes across multiple modules, including—but not limited to— Source-to-Pay (S2P), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and other modules. The ServiceNow Application Developer will ensure solutions are scalable, user-centered, secure, and aligned to DCPS operational priorities, while supporting continuous improvement of service delivery across central office and school-based teams.
