We are looking for a knowledgeable, self- starter to perform preventative and maintenance repairs for OUC facilities and properties including, but not limited to, painting, drywall and wallpaper repair, door lock systems, plumbing and irrigation repair, minor electrical repairs, knowledge of HVAC systems, alarm systems, elevator operation, and landscaping. Job Purpose: Perform routine preventative and maintenance repairs for OUC facilities and properties including, but not limited to, painting, drywall and wallpaper repair, door lock systems, plumbing and irrigation repair, electrical repairs, plumbing, knowledge of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, elevator operation, minor carpentry and landscaping.
