Responsibilities include screening and assessment, managing a caseload, developing individualized service plans, coordinating medical, behavioral health, legal, housing, employment, and other support services, maintaining case documentation, participating in a 24/7 victim response hotline, conducting community outreach, and collaborating with law enforcement and community partners. Provide trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation through a community diversion program.
