As a Resident Engineer, you will ensure the preparation of accurate and complete work products by monitoring schedules, changing orders and weekly reports; identifying and implementing ideas that save the client time and money or that effectively solve potential problems/opportunities, reviewing interim work products/submittals, providing needed feedback, accuracy, completeness, value, and coordination of sub-consultants. * Coordinates with local utilities and other agencies or private parties affected by the project, prepares project closeout and accepts punch lists and other project completion paperwork, participates and provides input on contractor’s claims, and prepares or assists in preparing claims documentation.
