Under the supervision of a manager or Plumber 2, installs, repairs, inspects, and maintains safe and efficient operation of including, but not limited to: sanitary waste, storm drainage, water supply, medical and natural gas, process piping and fire sprinkler systems. Responsibilities: Maintains building components such as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Variable Refrigerant Flow, Steam, Hot Water, gas, Building Automation, Energy Management, and Work Order Management systems.
