They serve as the primary HR contact, offering guidance and support to employees.ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, extend offers, and oversee pre-employment testing.</li><li>Represent company at job fairs and community events; build relationships with schools and apprenticeship programs.</li><li>Process new hires, terminations, and employment changes in HRIS; generate and analyze reports as needed.</li><li>Conduct new hire orientations to ensure effective onboarding and training.</li><li>Administer and track all leaves of absence.</li><li>Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, ensuring full utilization.</li><li>Foster positive relationships between managers and employees to support company objectives.</li><li>Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and programs to employees.</li><li>Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, career development, reviews, discipline, and terminations.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on performance reviews, vacation, turnover, applicant tracking, and headcount for leadership.</li><li>Oversee termination process: update HRIS, prepare documentation, conduct exit interviews, and report to leaders.</li><li>Handle HR administrative tasks: employee correspondence, employment verifications, payroll support, and file organization.</li><li>Continuously improve HR documents and procedures.</li><li>Take on additional duties and projects as assigned, supporting HR Manager and HR Director.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Education: HR degree or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience: minimum of 5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment required.</li><li>Proven experience and ability to manage employee relations </li><li>Strong background in administering employee benefits  </li><li>Collaborative team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.</li><li>Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and prioritizing, with strong time management and consistent attendance.</li><li>Professional and customer-focused.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage all employee levels while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with effective problem analysis and resolution.</li></ul>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSTravel is required to all Robinson facilities.At Robinson, we value professionalism, expertise, and a dedication to craftsmanship. Continued progress through the 4-year apprenticeship program is required, including tracking On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours and completing necessary coursework. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform advanced electrical installations and repairs with minimal supervision.</li><li>Assist in leading small projects and guiding other apprentices on site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an organized job site.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.</li><li>Accurately track OJT hours and complete all required apprenticeship coursework.</li><li>Support the Foreman in planning and executing projects.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Completion of Level 2 apprenticeship.</li><li>Reliable Transportation.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced electrical tasks.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally more with assistance.</li><li>Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces.</li><li>Frequent ladder use and work at heights.</li><li>Regular bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.</li><li>Frequent use of hands for tools and precision work.</li><li>Good vision and hearing required; use of PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, is mandatory.</li><li>Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.</li></ul>Safety Requirements:<ul><li>Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.</li><li>Report hazards and follow safe work practices.</li></ul>Work Environment: Indoors and outdoors in various settings, exposed to extreme weather, confined spaces, and high elevations.<ul><li>Protective equipment is required in noisy, dusty, or hazardous environments.</li><li>Work may involve tight spaces and handling heavy tools.</li><li>Overtime, weekend, and emergency work may be required.</li></ul>Why Join Team Kline?
