WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL ELECTRIC APPRENTICE?This is a full-time electrician apprentice position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will report to our central location before heading out to various job sites and service areas within the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. Overtime opportunities are also available for those looking to expand their experience and earnings. Masters degree preferred- or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Minimum seven plus years of HR expereince in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including at least two years in a unionized setting.</li><li>Experience in collective bargaining, workforce planning, HR compliance, and talent management required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws (NLRA, FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA) and CBA interpretation.</li><li>Experience managing union negotiations, grievance handling, and employee relations, where applicable.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems, timekeeping software (e.g., Success Factors, UKG/UltiPro), and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.</li><li>Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Strategic mindset, with a focus on HR best practices and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing settings, balancing priorities effectively.</li><li>Proactive problem solver with a data-driven approach to HR strategy.</li></ul>Preferred Skills/Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience as a top HR official in a plant/ facility is preferred.</li><li>SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR, Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) or other union/labor relations certifications a plus.</li></ul>Equal opportunities
