Lead the sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of data center capacity transactions, including colocation leases, powered-shell and build-to-suit arrangements, development partnerships, direct real estate acquisitions, and strategic investments. The role will work with data center developers, operators, cloud service providers, neoclouds, capital providers, utilities, and local jurisdictions to secure scalable, cost-effective capacity while protecting AMD’s commercial and financial interests.
