They provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training to junior and mid-level technicians, work closely with dispatch, project managers, and estimators to support scheduling, work planning, and customer communication, build strong client relationships, and complete accurate documentation of service reports, time entries, parts usage, and job progress. Physical requirements include the ability to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions, safely in confined spaces, at elevated heights, bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach, walk on uneven surfaces, work off a ladder, sometimes at heights, and safely lift 50 pounds.
