The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the Human Resources department in carrying out programs and procedures for all Rising Ground employees, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing onboarding, responding to employee requests and questions, maintaining ATS and HRIS databases and personnel files, and supporting compliance and internal controls.
