<div class="single-job-description">Job Description/Skills: This position requires the candidate to be onsite in the Bothell, WA office 50% of the time.   Job Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-right:0in">Identifies functional and technical-specific business requirements, resources and processes for a complex sub-system or major system modification.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Analyzes business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Defines and documents detailed design requirements.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Uses analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline complex business processes.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Establishes systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Develops detailed selection evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements; assumes full accountability for developing business requirements for complex tasks.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Coordinates impact to vendor and company workflow for a new product from a business perspective.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Coordinates implementation of the system software.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Creates acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Works with technical resources to ensure accurate translation of specifications into workable application code.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li style="margin-right:0in">Experience working on large-scale software implementations</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Experience supporting an RFP process from end to end with a third party vendor and SI</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Two (2) year degree or certification in a technology-related field or equivalent combination of education, work experience or relevant military experience, and at least four (6) years of experience in related field.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Experience supporting UAT efforts.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Requirements management, diagramming, use case development (UML).</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Expertise in the design and production of quality deliverables.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Expertise in business case development for medium to large projects.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Has a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant business.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Expertise in process design and documentation methodologies, and design and production of quality deliverables, process and use case modeling, business case development.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written as confirmed through prior work product and samples.</li><li style="margin-right:0in">Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Pay Range: $60.00 – $68.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
