The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 25 feet, while following all company safety procedures and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning windows and other tasks. Painting, changing air filters in furnaces and compressors, replacing ceiling tile and fiberglass insulation and other building maintenance/repair related tasksCleaning, greasing, adjusting and other machine maintenance/repairrelated tasks.
