The Program Manager for Behavioral Support Services has a hand in almost every aspect in the services we provide, from general administrative duties such as documentation, reports, and supervising field staff to on-site assessments for incoming clients, hands-on support for our current clients, and developing and implementing numerous plans, goals, and celebrations for the people we support. This role requires at least three (3) years experience working directly with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD population).This role requires at least three (3) years experience working directly with individuals who have regular and consistent behavioral challenges, including physical aggression, elopement, self-injurious behaviors, and other challenges.
