Manage procurement by sourcing appropriate team members (External PMs, Architects, MEP Engineers, and other trades) through the RFP process and contract execution, and by developing/recommending the project delivery method (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build or other). Provide critical financial and schedule management, including creating and monitoring control systems for cost estimates, budgets, value engineering, schedules, and change orders, and reviewing/approving all architect, engineer, contractor, and vendor invoices.
