WHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related field and 3+ years of experience supporting missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projectsActive DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearanceExperience working with and analyzing large data setsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPREFERENCE IF YOU HAVEActive TS/SCI clearanceWorking knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) components, architectures, concepts, and threats, with demonstrated understanding through analysis activitiesProficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of Systems Engineering processes, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategiesExperience with Digital Engineering tools and platforms such as Cameo, Palantir, or similar technologies. WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide direct support to the Architecture Validation Team within MDA's Chief Architect's OfficeAssist in the development and management of the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker (CGT) tool, to include reviewing, updating, and organizing gaps and threatsDevelop dashboards and data visualizations within the CGT to support reporting, analysis, and architecture decision-makingWork closely with other MDA organizations to help them understand and leverage the CGT while gaining insight into the elements that make up the Missile Defense SystemEngage with cross-functional teams and CGT users to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve decision support capabilities.
