Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field; 10+ years of experience in data, engineering, or technology roles, including at least 3–5 years in a team leadership capacity; Proven track record delivering large-scale data integration and cloud migration programs, ideally within Microsoft Azure; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabrick or Databricks, Power BI or similar tech for analytics, reporting, and semantic models; Good understanding of REST API, JSON, XML, and web services; Strong understanding of SQL and ability to create performance optimized code; Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell); Demonstrated experience with LLM-enabled workflows and annotation pipelines; Experience working with version control systems and solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines; Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and modern engineering practices; Solid understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory requirements in enterprise environments; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels; Proven success in building and leading high-performing technical teams; Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity; Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in data and technology; and. across firm departments to align priorities and drive delivery; Defines and executes the firm’s cloud data migration strategy, including prioritization of workloads and delivery of a structured Azure migration roadmap; Assesses current infrastructure and design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architecture aligned to business objectives; Ensures compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements; Builds, mentors, and leads a team of data engineers and BI developers.
