The ideal candidate understands the day-to-day demands of a CDL delivery operation-building and adjusting routes, supporting drivers, responding to delivery issues, coordinating dispatch activities, and making real-time decisions to keep deliveries moving safely and efficiently. Previous leadership experience is a plus, and candidates who have served as a Transportation Supervisor, Dispatch Supervisor, Driver Manager, Lead Dispatcher, Router, or similar transportation leadership role may be an excellent fit.
