Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
