Provides nightly after-hours coverage for the following departments: HIM, Materials Management, Dietary, Diabetes Educator (and weekends),Wound Care, Case Management, Marketing, Patient Experience (and weekends), and Vascular Access Team (only when unavailable). Leadership Ability- Will approve timecards, participate in hiring, training new hires, provide input into corrective action & development plans, assist with process improvement conduct performance reviews, assist with budgeting and operations, etc.
